Version
This page describes the version of higgins.owl being developed for Higgins 1.1. For info related to the version used by Higgins 1.0 (and Higgins 1.1) see Higgins.owl 1.0. Note that the xml:base and xmlns have both been changed from "2006/higgins" to "2008/6/higgins" in the transition from 1.x to 2.0.
