PDE/Build

Andrew working on refactoring PDE/Build to use the new provisioning work rather than old update code.

Provisioning

We have been discussing formatter and compiler settings. Will share the settings in all our projects and send out a note to the mailing list soon.

Other

Darin has been working on EE file support - in 3.4 now.
