bug 374510 this is a strange on in old update configurator. Needs to have a version bump since the one in Juno has the same version (qualifier) but will not run on 3.6.x.

Ian has two
- One with Pascal on p2 and eclipse file system
- Using p2 on amazon cloud nodes
Tom to give subsystems talk at the OSGi BOF

- John will get to using the new Region API soon. Still working through the subsystems tests.
