These steps must be performed in an "Eclipse" year to integrate the Eclipse Release Train:
- Set the the flag associated to the given release train to 1.
- Enable the EEF aggregation to the Eclipse SimRel project: http://wiki.eclipse.org/Simrel/Contributing_to_Simrel_Aggregation_Build#Get_the_simrel.build_project
