Because the ECF team is all volunteer and completely distributed, we coordinate our decisions about inclusion of features and bug fixes via the mailing list and via IRC, and other ECF communication sessions. We keep the current enhancement request and bugs on our plan page. For Europa ramp-down, we will continue to coordinate via the mailing list and IRC, and record the plan changes here.
