Because the ECF team is all volunteer and completely distributed, we coordinate our decisions about inclusion of features and bug fixes via the [http://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/ecf-dev/maillist.html mailing list] and via [[Eclipse_Communication_Framework_Project#Public_and_Private_Chat_Groups|IRC, and other ECF communication sessions]].  We keep the current enhancement request and bugs on our [http://www.eclipse.org/ecf/plan.php plan page].  For [[Europa_Simultaneous_Release#Must_Do|Europa ramp-down]], we will continue to coordinate via the mailing list and IRC, and record the plan changes [http://www.eclipse.org/ecf/plan.php here].
