- Too many unstructured Preferences, need a consistent top-down Story
- Exportable User Prefs (carry around on an USB key)
- Sharable Team Prefs
- Non-Editable / Non-Overridable Site Prefs
- Style Sheets / Skins
- Export and Import with more Categories (finer Granularity)
