* We need to make it easier for people in the community to participate

* SWT/CSS update:
** Ability to reskin all widgets is now in place
** Reskin event allows a listener a chance to reskin a widgets
** Reskinning happens before layout and sizing to minimize risk of infinite loops

* Trim in place in e4 workbench

* Work progressing on 20 things services
* Dirty state in parts working
* Investigating how to reconcile user modifications to the application's default user interface "layout" ({{bug|295524}})
