  • No more bugs really planned for 3.2.1 except Dave D's bug 321766
  • M-Builds look good, please test
• 3.2.1 Repository status
  • Repo is open for 3.3 commits, just let us know (E-Mail to mailing list)
  • After the first 3.3 only commit, we'll need to branch plugins into R3_2_maintenance stream. Mapfile has been branched already.

  • bug 321766 Martin will release, AI Dave file followup bug
  • Our strategy for Eclipse 4.1 - IBM getting some internal pressure to start testing;
    • IBM interested in binary compatibility more than source compatibility
    • Can be tested by trying it out - problem is that issues appear at runtime only
    • Trying it can be an individual task, AI Dave to try out 3.2.1 on Eclipse 4.0
  • Switching Repos to git ?
    • Martin is conservative (won't invest work until forced to)
• Anna - builds on hudson.eclipse.org work, but running the tests is problematic - not stable, maybe depends on the node
  • build.e.o failing because it is PPC (current config is built for x86) - Anna disabled the nightly job, will disable the integration job too
  • bug 195170 X port forwarding patch
    • Doesn't work for Anna but "ssh -X" does work
    • AI Martin to try until next week (Dave M too).
      • HOWTO: Apply patch, enable X in connection properties, open RSE terminal, open xterm
    • Martin suggests not committing until OK
