- Licensing seems to be checked by maven plugin, still need to check exclusions

- Work on how to treat replicated issues workflow

- Did a draft of an ER diagram on how we can extend Che around the concepts of perspectives, targets, and meta project governance
- Moved on a new meeting platform
- Improvements on Eclipse Che wiki
- 6 new candidates for Eclipse Che Committers
