BIRT 2.3 SR2 Development (Spring Maintenance Release)
BIRT 2.3 SR2 (BIRT 2.3.2) development continues on track for release this week. No issues to report.
Since this is a maintenance release with no feature enhancements, no New and Notable document is planned.
General Information for BIRT 2.3 SR2
BIRT 2.3 SR2 is the second maintenance release for BIRT 2.3. It is part of the coordinated Service Release for the Ganymede project. More information on the coordinated release can be found in the Service Release section of the Ganymede pages.
BIRT 2.3 SR2 is scheduled for a February 25, 2009 release date.
The designation for this release is BIRT 2.3 SR2, with the version number as BIRT 2.3.2.
The Eclipse BIRT Project Development Plan for 2.3.2 is available. The Milestone schedule for the release is available in the Service Release timeline section of the Ganymede project page (BIRT is a "+2" project in this schedule).

BIRT 2.5 Development
BIRT 2.5 development continues on schedule. No issues to report.
General Information for BIRT 2.5
BIRT 2.5 is the next major release of the BIRT project. It is part of the Galileo Simultaneous Release.
The Eclipse BIRT Project Development Plan for 2.5 is available. The Milestone schedule for the release is available in the timeline section of the Galileo Simultaneous Release page. BIRT is a +2 project in the Galileo release.
