- user will use serviceconfig.xml to specify which type of security they want to use OpenSSL or JSSE (4.5 item)
- consider shipping OpenSSL in TPTP 4.5
- Joanna to check with Harm, Oliver and Chris and ensure IPZilla is opened if we agree to pursue this option
- defect 195644 is ready to be checked in (Joanna to determine whether PMC approval is needed or whether pre-approval was given)

i5 defect targets:
Focus should be on:
- completing feature work
- fixing all blocking and critical defects
- defects with translation impact - UI changes or error messages
- Other i5 defects are candidates for deferral to i6 if resource constraints exist
