1) Eclipse Foundation committer members are not eligible to participate as a Guest, Participant, or Steering Committee member directly in their capacity as a committer member. They can represent Associate, Solutions, Enterprise, and Strategic members.
2) We are adding nominated & elected committer representation to the Steering Committee with 1 seat for every 3 Steering Committee members.
