Hotel information:
The venue will be CCT's new building, the Digital Media Center (http://laetc.com/louisiana-digital-media-center/). I can work on the exact room.
Hotel space is available at Lod Cook (.8 miles away, http://www.thecookhotel.com/), or the Comfort Suites at 3045 Valley Creek Dr, Baton Rouge, LA (2.2 miles). Comfort suites has a fridge and other amenities, and has more places to go within walking distance. I can shuttle people by car if necessary.
