eTrice Target Platform
eTrice development is using a so called TargetPlatform to compile and run against.
The TargetPlatform soon will be available on the Protos FTP server.
Extract target-2011-03-29.zip to a folder somewhere in your local file system.
Define a variable using Windows > Preferences > Run/Debug > String Substitution called eTriceTargetInstallationPath with the path to the top level folder as value (e.g. c:\target\target-2011-03-29\target).
You can use any Eclipse installation as development environment. Then go to Window > Preferences > Plug-in Development > Target Platform and check "eTrice development" (which is defined in the plug-in org.eclipse.etrice.core.room.ui).
Now you should be able to compile and run eTrice against this TargetPlatform.
