Wiki Purpose
Can we add a little more info on exactly the intent of the wiki? To be more precise: how 'wiki' is this going to be? I guess I'm a little confused as to if this is just a CMS for project documentation internal to Eclipse.org or if there is going to be more of an open contribution policy.
