Concept Scheme (instance)
Persona.owl includes a concept hierarchy defined using SKOS. This hierarchy can be used by visual editors (e.g. a persona editor) to help organize the UI. Attributes defined in persona.owl include skos:concept
annotations to indicate the category of concept the attribute belongs to.
