Version
This page describes the version of higgins.owl being developed for Higgins 1.1. For info related to the version used by Higgins 1.0 see Higgins.owl 1.0. Note that the xml:base and xmlns have both been changed from "2006/higgins" to "2008/6/higgins" in the transition from 1.0 to 1.1.
