Cleaning up the umbrella bugs for 1.0: (187863 and 202314).
- In the future umbrella bugs will be for enhancments only.
Launch
- DSF launch affect CDT launch
  - Let's just change the label.
- Arguments and Environment tabs
  - Leave it out of 1.0.
  - Target for 1.0 maintanance release.
- Remote&Attach launch for gdbserver not consistent with what we need
Breakpoints on Windows
- Spaces in filenames don't work.
- Need to investigate whether this is GDB or DSF.
- Error message from GDB needs to be improved as well.
