Editing a page doesn't work -- it seems to redirect to the front page of the wiki.

What I wanted to say is that the instructions to report a bug are wrong -- nowhere does it say how to create an account (which is not obvious if you go to the bugzilla page -- there is no link to do that there.)

Please fix this.
