Plugins folder
I have a question on P2. With P2, can I still copy an extension plugin into the plugins folder to extend my Eclipse instance? For example, if I use BIRT in Eclipse and I developed a custom data access plugin for my special data source, can I copy this plugin into the plugin folder?
- The article says you can, but you shouldn't. You should use the dropins folder. But not sure, I'm also a novice :) --Kallo.bernat.gmail.com 11:24, 22 July 2009 (UTC)
Bundle pooling - why in user folder?
I don't understand why the bundle pool is in a user's folder in the example. This way other users cannot use the applications. --Kallo.bernat.gmail.com 11:21, 22 July 2009 (UTC)
