The 2.1 doc had only the topic Performance Profiling. The 2.2 specs include Performance Monitor .
But there was no documentation for other types of monitoring and profiling, so I added this section "Performance Monitoring and Profiling," as a navigation page, moved the existing Performance Profiling as a topic under this section, wrote a new topic for the new feature Performance Monitor, called Performance Monitoring, and added new topics for Fetch Group Monitoring and Query Monitoring.
But the new topics are light in content. Please advise about what other information would be useful in these sections.
