Support Policy
The IT Support Policy for Entreprise/Strategic Members enables specific contacts from Eclipse Foundation Entreprise and Strategic Member companies to contact the webmaster for important issue resolution outside of webmaster hours.

If your parent company is a Strategic or Entreprise Member of the Eclipse Foundation please talk to your Company Representative, or the Eclipse Webmaster, for information regarding the Support Policy.
