Compile Errors = A component must have no compile errors.
Access Rule Violations = A component must have no undocumented access rule violations.
Access Rule Warnings = A component must have no uninvestigated access rule warnings.
Adopter Breakages = A component must have no undocumented adopter breakages.
Untriaged Bugs = A component must have no untriaged bugzillas.
Functional Test Results = A component must update their test pass results on the wiki.
