As noted in the WTP Committer FAQ, you can get all the WTP sources using this Team Project Set file:

This is very old, out dated and would be more than what most people want, anyway. Until we find a better way, I can recommend the use of the releng map files, and, using the Platform's releng tool, use the Load Map Projects menu.
