There is no official Open-Source build of Tigerstripe available yet. We are still waiting on one more CQ from Eclipse Legal for a 3rd party .jar file that we need to bundle with Tigerstripe.
In the meantime, you can get access to a stop-gap build of Tigerstripe that doesn't require a license key from http://www.tigerstripedev.net.
This version corresponds to the initial code contribution made by Cisco prior to namespace change of the code.
