What about changing the setup instructions like this?

1. Tell users to simply get Eclipse for RCP

2. Tell users to simply import the psf from the URL http://git.eclipse.org/c/pdt/org.eclipse.pdt.git/plain/dev/psf/pdt-dev.psf instead of maintaining a copy of that file in this wiki page?
