It seems that the link referenced in the instructions is broken: "Import projects using File > Import > Team Project Set: mylyn-dependencies.psf"
The link points to http://eclipse.org/mylyn/doc/dev/mylyn-dependencies.psf, but that link is 404. This change seems to indicate it was removed?
