New Homepage Look

The eclipse.org homepage has changed its overall LAF to be significantly less colorful and far more subdued. The colors on this page need to be updated accordingly, along with potentially some feel enhancements (rounded corners anyone?). I'll take a crack at it as soon as time allows. Lock this page

On Wikipedia they prevent this kind of abuse (intentional or accidental) by locking the page. I think the same should be done here.
