Regarding the third "Should do" item for Europa, could you clarify
-Non-project-team-members should be able to build each project.
I'm a bit confused by what this means. Does this mean that other teams should be able to reproduce our build from source and create indentical zips as are available on our download page? Or is a source build mechanism sufficient?
