Support Policy

The IT Supoort Policy for Strategic Members enables specific contacts from Eclipse Foundation Strategic Member companies to contact the webmaster for important issue resolution outside of webmaster hours.

If your parent company is a Strategic Member of the Eclipse Foundation please talk to your Company Representative, or the Eclipse Webmaster, for information regarding the Support Policy.
