Sequoyah/Ramp down

Ramp down for 2.0 Release

  • 2.0 (Indigo) to be released on 22 June 2011

SVN

  • Branch: trunk

New features

  • Sequoyah 1.0.2 version will be the last version totally compliant with Helios. If you are using Indigo, prefer migrate to Sequoyah 2.0.
  • New features for future versions will follow the regular discussion process. They should be discussed in the mailing list before the definition of the target version.

Bug fixes

  • 2.0 releases will accept bug fixes:
    • A P1 or P2 bug
    • blocking or critical
    • major
  • These bugs will be accepted for 3 months (22 September 2011) and a new 2.0.x version will be generated to fix it according to demands.
  • After 22 September 2011, any bug should have a committer voting on the bugzilla and should be approved with +1 for all committers.

Ramp down for 1.0 Release

  • 1.0 was released in 23 June 2010

  • Localization Framework
  • Version based on Helios
  • New features for future versions will follow the regular discussion process. They should be discussed in the mailing list before the definition of the target version.

Bug fixes

  • 1.0 releases will accept bug fixes:
    • A P1 or P2 bug
    • blocking or critical
    • major
  • These bugs will be accepted for 3 months (23 Sept 2010) and a new 1.0.x version will be generated to fix it according to demands.
  • After 23 Sept 2010, any bug should have a committer voting on the bugzilla and should be approved with +1 for all committers.

Ramp down for 0.5 Release

  • 0.5 was released in 17 March 2010

  • No new features to 0.5 will be accepted
  • 0.4 version will be the last version totally compliant with Galileo. If you are using Sequoyah prefer migrate to 0.5.
  • New features for future versions will follow the regular discussion process. They should be discussed in the mailing list before the definition of the target version.

  • 0.5 releases will accept bug fixes:

    • major
