Where to get stp
from Eclipse Europa
Since stp is part of Eclipse Europa release, it can be installed from Europa Discovery Site as following:
Help->Software Updates->Find and Install... ->Search for new features to install->Europa Discovery Site->SOA Development

Setup pre-requisites

Pre-requisites SOA runtime
- JAX-WS runtime: Apache CXF
- SCA runtime: Apache Tuscany SCA Java
- Apache Tomcat (Install only if you want to deploy the generated service to Tomcat Container)
