about.html
- files have to be unique for Android, about.html from various .jars clash when assembled for Android. except if its in META-INF.
- suggestion from Glyn, put about.html per default in the root of the .jar and allow a header in the MANFEST.MF to point to a different location in the .jar i.e. in the META-INF directory
