Parallel Tools Platform Developers Forum and Hackathon April 16 & 17, Baton Rouge, Louisiana Sponsored by the University of Louisiana and NCSA

The purpose of this meeting is to enable Parallel Tools Platform (https://www.eclipse.org/ptp) contributors to exchange ideas and techniques for developing tools that build on the PTP framework. The meeting will also include hands-on sessions where attendees will work as a group to identify high priority issues, and design and implement solutions that will be incorporated back into the source code repository. This will be a unique opportunity to learn more about the internals of PTP, and how the various components fit into the overall PTP architecture. Component leaders will be present at the meeting in order to ensure that attendees will be equipped with the knowledge necessary to understand PTP internals. Participants in the workshop will be eligible for limited travel support to cover expenses such as airfares and hotel accommodation.
