Roland gave us a demo of using Gerrit for code review. Roland said he would write up a summary of instructions for us. Presumably on the wiki.

For new we will still allow commits directly to git for committers.

Non-committer contributors are encouraged to use Gerrit to submit the changes, then a committer can review.  After review and acceptance, Commit can be made from Gerrit to git repo from there.
