[PDE/Plan/3.7|PDE Plan Items] PDE 3.7 Enhancements PDE 3.7 Blocker/Critical/Major Bugs

This is a two day test pass on the first Monday and Tuesday of May.

It is intended to catch regressions and major polish items at the start of the 3.7 end game (RC1 and onwards).

Possible values for task states are: [done], [omitted], and [in progress].
