API tools improvements
- API tools improvements like improvement in versioning, better
reporting of breakage in corner scenarios ( involving generics and others) and fixing issues in since tag etc.
Further performance improvements
- Further performance improvements in api baseline related scenarios,
api building, launch configurations and optimization in api analysis build. Also fix other performance problems.
- Target related usability bugs in PDE involving issues in edit software
dialog, better usability of target editor and also issues in target platform.
