* Here's a picture of how I (Susan) use it.  I have to admit that my first tendency is to use the task bar and that will quickly cause problems.  You have to teach yourself to ignore Chrome in the task bar and use the outliner to open and close your groups.

Chrome Tabs Outliner

Tabs Outliner lets you build groups of windows and nested groups within those windows. You can also annotate the various groups and windows with comments to help you remember where you left off. It shows promise, but there are also some clunky aspects to it. But it shows the potential of what one could do.
