3.2 post-mortem:

• Some patches from contributors did not get enough attention, especially Frank's older patches, Rob is concerned that he's blocking him too much
• Improved, but still too many last minute changes: tooltip UI, Bugzilla character encoding
• Still had 8 failing tests on release day, now down to 3
• Continuous integration builds keep failing, our vserver is too slow to use it for CI
• Got features in, but still managed stability and backlog better
• Good that we were able to encourage the necessary changes in Trac
• Good support from team of discovery effort
• Need to be careful about cross-platform issues now that we've got more development happening on Mac
