The Higgins framework can be used to enable new groups to self-organize and to aggregate across existing groups (systems), or in other words to organize “the long tail".

Pseudomys higginsi, commonly referred to as the Long-Tailed Mouse, is an Australian rodent found on the island of Tasmania.
