Here is a list of discoverers provided by MoDisco project :

JavaAST discoverer : creates a Java abstract syntax tree out of Java source code.
Java Discoverer : creates a Java abstract syntax graph where links between named element are resolved. This discoverer produces a J2SE5 model or a KDM model.
JAR Discoverer : creates a UML model out of a JAR file.
