Docker Tooling
Docker Client
The version of docker-client used will be bumped up to 8.9.0 from 6.1.1.
CDT Build in Container
Some changes have been made to the Docker Tooling launch code to allow CDT Build in Container support (building C/C++ projects in a Docker Container).
