Breakpoint synchronization is fixed now. Ilya started working with 486057 Virtual file system hiding Orlando set this change for review: https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/67764/ It is over 1000 lines, so to avoid CQ it will need to be split in two changes (working code and tests) - Same bugzilla, two different gerrit changes.
