GPG Signing Party

We want to use EclipseCon as an opportunity for Eclipse IoT project leaders and committers to start creating a Web of Trust and get GPG keys that will allow them to sign Maven artifacts or Linux packages with a trustworthy key. You can read more on GPG on the dedicate wiki page.

Benjamin Cabé will do a quick introduction to the main concepts behind PGP encryption and Web of Trust, and why it is important for Eclipse and Eclipse IoT.

We will then have an informal signing party. While we will be walking GPG beginners through the process of creating a GPG key, it's preferable that you have your GPG key handy before we start the party. More details on creating your key are available here.
