This tutorial is a step-by-step guide to creating a domain specific language (DSL) and a GMF based graphical editor based upon the DSL. The tutorial illustrates the power of GMF. We are guided through the GMF process by the GMF dashboard.

The first zip file below contains a Flash based demo showing the creation of a simple DSL for a 3G telecom network. The demo uses the [Ecore Tools|http://www.eclipse.org/modeling/emft/?project=ecoretools] project to define the DSL. Once the DSL is defined we use the GMF to build a graphical editor to assist end users, normally telecom operators, who which to model their own 3G telecom network.
