Discussion centered around the Corona out-of-box experience for Europa referred to as our Exemplary Implementation.

The Exemplary Implementation would access the vserver at the Eclipse Foundation. This would require the user to only install the Corona client.

The following discussion took place:

  • The guest would only have read access
  • Limiting the number of guest that could sign on (open discussion)
  • One project would be defined (but it would be nice to have two)
  • Populate JackRabbit with Corona material (presentations, etc...)
  • Populate the Project Container
  • Add the guest to the Team Repository (and removing them when they sign off)
  • Use the system ID (for identification i.e. chat)

Other items we discussed:

  • Document how to install the client
  • Document how to bring up the Corona view
  • Change the context container view description to Corona Container (also in the menu)
  • Document driving through the demo
  • Adding information (in different spots, ie project tab) to direct the user to the full download for more functionality

Dennis and Marcin will continue the discussion on guests and how provide the possible solutions.
