Two day testpass
Build this morning and likely two builds Wednesday and final build on Thursday.

RC3 Status

Two more bugs fixes in p2 for RC3.

Documentation

Some rt projects are missing licenses (bug 306627).
p2 User doc needs a refresh. Probably minor. Susan is likely doing the update.
Should have p2 ISV documentation.
