The "Twenty Things", also known as the Eclipse Application Services, are a collection of services exposed by the Eclipse 4 framework for consumption and use by clients. These services are intended to be injected into your constructed objects and handlers. These common services include components like logging, status handling and reporter, model manipulation and the subscription of event handlers.

The services are intended to be decoupled where possible to minimize dependencies across components.
