12 bytes - SFX signature ( including format version ) 4 bytes - number of files
TOC Entry:
4 bytes - file data offset 4 bytes - file data size 4 bytes - file flags 4 bytes - filename length (N) N bytes - filename
SFX Footer:
4 bytes - SFX header offset 4 bytes - 32-bit complementary checksum
